We appreciate your compliance with the following:

 

• Due to  insurance restrictions Staff is not permitted  to move  furniture, load, unload etc.

• No large bags allowed ​

• Please bring your own bags, boxes, wrap, muscle, tools to disassemble

• Cash Preferred but  Visa & MasterCard accepted 5% convenient fee

• We are not responsible for accidents in/around the sale property 

• ALL SALES FINAL: NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES

• All items sold As is , where is :

• Please only park on 1 side of the road

• We are not responsible if your car is ticketed or towed

• Please DO NOT block driveways, mailboxes, or trash cans.

• Please be nice, kind, and respectful to each other
